Myhajliv G. Financial mechanism of gambling and fun servicing development

Theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendation have been submitted as for functioning of financial mechanism of gambling and fun servicing development. The essence of financial mechanism had been determined like an economical category, as well as the terms of definitions, the categories and the main parts and a structure of financial regulate mechanism of gambling and fun servicing, economical essence of "servicing" and "gambling and fun" categories have been determined, modern ways of servicing development have been summarized, classification of gambling and fun servicing firms has been provided, world gambling and fun servicing experience has been summarized. Specialty of organizing-juridical regulation of the gambling business in Ukraine has been defined, financial regulation of gambling business has been researched, the concepts concern to forming of the model of financial regulation gambling business developments by the concept of raising the all types of the budgets. Practical recommendations complex and proposals have been submitted as for improvement of juridical support and financial regulation of gambling business in Ukraine, the methods and directions of financial development regulation of servicing in gambling and fun business, besides for Ivano-Frankivsk region taking into consideration tourism-recreational potential, the mathematical model has been invented of development support of the servicing in the region.
