Essay

The Object - the fatty acids metabolism in the tissues of carp fishes under condition of adding plant oils and fusas to their ration. Aim - to establish influence of sunflover and rapeseed oils and fusas under condition of adding them to the ration of carp fishes on fatty acids composition of liver and sceletal muscles, their growth and biological value of meat. Methods: biochemical, hydrobiological, chemical, zootechnics, statistical. Novelty - It was studied the influ-ence of the sunflover and rapeseed oils as well as oil-processing byproducts - fusas while adding them to the ration of carp fishes during finishing period of fattening on the assimilation of fatty acids in the intestines and on the fatty acids composition of liver and sceletal muscles. It was shown stimulating influence of the fatty acids, that were present in the studied oils and fusas, on the assimilation of fatty acids of standard granular fodder in the intestines of carps. As-say of fatty acids of total lipids in the liver of carps under condition of adding mentioned above fatty additives doesn't changes substantially or decreases, while in sceletal muscles - increases in 1,3-1,5 times. In the composition of the fatty acids of total lipids and fraction NEFA of liver and sceletal muscles of carps decreases amount of linoleic and li-nolenic acids, but increases - dokosapentaenic and dokosahexaenic acids. Under condition of adding to the carp fishes rapeseed oils and fusas in liver lipids and sceletal muscles lipids reliable increases correlation of polyunsaturated fatty acids of n-3/n-6 group.
