Essay

Heterogeneous mathematical model of elastic body with thin inclusion is formulated and theoretically investigated. Equations of membrane shell theory are used for the modeling of thin inclusion. On the interface of media perfect bonding is assumed. Existence and uniqueness of weak solution of variational problem are proved by using the inequalities of Korn's type for linear theory of shell which are obtained in the dissertation. Transition to multiscale (pluri-dimensional) problem is performed. The finite element scheme for plane pluri-dimensional problem is built. A priori error estimate is obtained for the scheme. Numerical experiments are performed.
