Franchuk I. Development of the personal peasant farms in a having insufficient land region

Object of research: economic relations on the functioning and development of private farms in the small-lend region .Aim of research: development of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations about improving the efficiency of functioning of the private farms in the small-lend region.Methods: abstract-logical, index, standard, of correlation-regressional analysis, sociological, monographic.Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of research are the positions of domestic and foreign economic science about problems of agriculture and private farms.Scientific novelty: the social-economic essence was first defined, methodical bases are developed and concrete calculations of definition of net production of private farms were carried out , this will allow to give more authentic estimation of level and dynamics of their economic activity and productivity of economic activities; position about dependence of economic behaviour and market activity of personal country economy on their size, placing, demographic structure, volume of consumption of a foodstuff made in it is developed, scientific bases of functioning and the developments of personal country economy considering action of system of factors of social, economic, demographic character are specified; existing scientific views on methods of regulation influence of state bodies directed on rationalisation of development of personal country economy through the organisation of a network of consulting services and versatile serving co-operative societies was improved; reception of the further development of methodical approaches to alternative forecasting of development of personal country economy depending on depth of financial crisis, a situation in sphere of employment, volume and dynamics of monetary incomes of agricultural population; economic bases of interrelation between social and economic development of rural households and the personal country economy which essence is reduced to circulation of incomes, expenses, a stock of work and the capital of rural families. Sphere of using: central administrative boards of agroindustrial development of regional administrations, managements of regional state administrations, a higher educational institution.
