The theoretical foundations of the agricultural enterprises of different organizational and legal forms efficiency are considered in dissertation. Methodological approaches to the analysis of efficiency indicators are given. Estimation of the tendencies of agricultural production development is worked out, indicators and factors of its efficiency in economic associations, private enterprises and production agricultural cooperatives are defined. Specialities of the efficiency indicators in agricultural enterprises of different organizational and legal forms forming are figured out. The main directions of economic relations improving in agriculture, which aimed to provide stable social and economic conditions of the efficient agricultural enterprises are analyzed. Perspective parameters of agricultural enterprises development in the region are worked out.
