The dissertation is devoted to the philosophical and legal research of the international law formation taking into consideration the tendencies of international law humanization. The genesis of international law idea and factors which influence the international law development are examined. The basic international law concepts are illustrated and analyzed. The connection between international law and social and cultural features of the international society is traced. The human rights' influence on the international law formation is analyzed. The human rights' structure are defined. The fact that international law problems must be solved only by taking into account philosophical and anthropological approach is proved.
