Kalinovsky O. Legal and organization bases of appeal decision of criminal case

In dissertation complex research of legal and organizational principles of appeal of decision institution of criminal case, in particular: legal nature, concept and value of appeal of decision institution of criminal case, his kinds and limits. On the basis of generalization of scientific sources the studies of investigation, public prosecutor's and judicial practice are probed problems of legal and organizational character, which arise up during the appeal of decision institution of criminal case. The question of appeal in the court of decision of organ of inquest, investigator and public prosecutor, is reflected institution of criminal case and judicial order of his consideration, and also court decisions as a result of consideration of such complaint. On the basis of the conducted research and generalization of empiric information, developed recommendations in relation to perfection of norms of Code the Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, that regulate the appeal of decision institution of criminal case.
