The object - process of contol of transport network of city; the purpose – the vehicle streams management's efficiency upgrading by the development of the mathematical and algorithmic providing of the traffic automated control system as mathematical and informative models and management algorithms; methods - analysis of the systems, modeling with the use of theory of fuzzy logic, theory of probabilities, mass service, algebra of matrices, statistical analysis, modeling and algoritming of transport systems, elements of theory of the graphs; innovation - for the first time it is developed the vehicular traffic automated control system, based on the use of the developed transport queues formation models taking into account possibility of passing on spans between crossings and linked traffic signal control model on the basis of fuzzy logic's vehicle; application - was launched in the university educational process, iit was used for optimization of a transport network area of Kherson.
