Object - processes of interaction of the end user - the reader with the automated library system, processes of a library supply with information of educational process in HIGH SCHOOL; the purpose - increase of efficiency of educational process in HIGH SCHOOL by working out of the theory, methods, algorithmic and program toolkit of human-machine interactive system of support of the decision-making intended for rational management by library processes; research methods were spent with use of methods of the analysis of decision-making at management of library, the theory of mass service, engineering psychology, research of operations, the mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time completion of elements of the constructive theory and problem the focused toolkit of the analysis, modelling of interaction of the end user (reader) with the automated library system is executed. It is introduced in the automated information-library system with automated workplaces: the librarian, the reader, the Internet reader and the gives out books.
