The isothermal sections of the Dy-Mn-Sn (770 K), Dy-Co-Sn and Dy-Ag-Sn (870 K), Dy-Ni-Sn (870 (0-50 at. % Sn) and 770 K (> 50 at. % Sn), Dy-Cu-Sn (670 and 770 K) phase diagrams were constructed. The existence of 44 new stannides was established. The structures of Dy1.9Cu9.2Sn2.8 and Dy2Ni7Sn3 belong to new structure types. A method for predicting of new members of the series of compounds with Gd3Cu4Ge4 type structure in related systems was proposed.
