Dissertation is dedicated to development of theoretical bases of functioning organizationally-economic mechanism of taxation of entrepreneurial activity citizens in Ukraine and practical recommendations to perfection this mechanism. The method of comparative estimation of the systems of taxation of entrepreneurial activity citizens is improved. Prognostication quantity of physical persons-entrepreneurs on different systems of taxation and dynamics of taxes receipts from them is carried out. Others directions of perfection the system of taxation physical persons-entrepreneurs in Ukraine is grounded.
