Thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation, search for methodical approaches and applied recommendations on the innovative activity management at production enterprises and this activity evaluation according to end results. Theoretical essence of such categories as "innovation", "innovative process", "innovative activity" has been investigated and more exactly defined, classification of innovations is formed in view of their evolving at production enterprises, theoretical foundations of the innovative activity management in the enterprise functioning are summarized, the necessity is determined for the production enterprise to adapt to the market conditions and modern management conceptions application, systematic properties and the unity of principles of the enterprise production and innovative activities have been investigated. Characteristic features of the innovative activity development are considered and the innovative activity state at the production enterprises in Ukraine and Vinnytsia region are analyzed. On the basis of this research and with the aim of basic statements formulation as to the components and development of the system for said activity management, logistic approach to the innovative activity of machine-building enterprises management is suggested. Investigation of the essence, structure and main elements of the system for machine-building enterprise innovative activity management has made it possible for the author to disclose, in the theoretical and practical aspects, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of said system functioning in the conditions of Ukrainian enterprises innovative development.
