Fomova O. Innovative strategy of corporate structures (an example of mechanical engineering companies)

The dissertation is devoted to disclosure of theoretical and methodological problems of the innovation strategies of corporate enterprises. An assessment of corporate innovation on the example of companies in Khmelnitsky region has been undertaken, and management issues of innovative activities have been identified. A structural model, the concept of corporate innovation systems and innovative model of corporate university as its constituent have been designed and scientifically grounded. Scientific and practical approaches to the development of innovative strategies of corporate structures and methods of forming the portfolio of innovative proposals have been proposed. It has been put into scientific terminology trafficking and given the definition of the concepts of corporate innovation strategy and corporate innovation system.
