Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical methodic, scientific practical, social economic and organizational legal bases of forming of effective mechanism of functioning of rural labour potential in conditions of intensification of international economic integration. Mechanism of effective functioning of labour market both due to perfection of market factors of regulation and effectively conducted state policy of supporting farming and social development of rural regions has been proposed and proved. Perspective trends of increasing efficiency of using rural labour potential have been determined.
