The dissertation is a manuscript in which theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations to ensure Regional industrial complex security under modern conditions of management are given. Theoretical approaches to the notion of Regional industrial complexes economical safety are improved. Its main threats on the modern stage of development are determined. Methodical apparatus of Regional economical security level evaluation is made more accurate. Indicator evaluation system principles are expanded. The model of desired economical security condition is created which gives a chance to determine managing subject's place in Regional social and economic space. On the basis of economical security indicators analysis Cherkasy Region economic security integral index is determined. On this background practical suggestions how to neutralize main threats in various spheres of economy, for instance, in production sphere, are offered. Enterprises protection methods from "unfriendly absorption" are carefully determined. On the basis of program purpose oriented approach mechanism of Regional industrial complex economical security management is improved. Management process mathematical model of Cherkasy Region industrial complex economical security ensuring is worked out.
