Galyna S. Stimulation of development of biofuels market in Ukraine.

Object of research - process of forming of market biofuels in Ukraine. Subject of research - tools to stimulate the development of biofuels market in Ukraine, which promote the production and efficient use of biofuels. Aim of the study - to ground instruments to stimulate the market biofuels in Ukraine. Methods - systematic analysis, factor analysis, deductive reasoning, mathematical modeling, abstract-logical method, theory of analysis of sectoral market structures. Scientific novelty: the need for systemic nature identified the regulatory process of biofuel production such as to optimize inter-branch relations of agriculture and energy sector, markets and oil crops and the biofuel market in Ukraine requested and justified system of mechanisms to stimulate demand for biofuels and his proposal, taking into account the peculiarities of the Ukrainian market, identified the main ways for OPP to produce bioethanol. Practical results give the opportunity to develop effective instruments of regulatory policy concerning the production and consumption of biofuels in Ukraine, involving the production and blending og biofuels, increased biofuel consumption in the country.
