Essay

A complex research of the theory, methods and applied aspects of forming and use of labor potential of the agrarian sphere of the economy is done in the dissertation. Some peculiarities of the present day demographic processes in rural regions are studied, their influence on the reproduction of rural labor potential is defined. The demographic perspectives of forming the size of rural population and its labor potential are determined. Ihe economic substance of the strategy of increasing the efficiency of use of labor potential in the agrarian sector is motivated. Some ways of raising the efficiency of use of the labor potential at agricultural enterprises are suggested.
