Dissertation is devoted to studying of infringements rheologic abilities of blood through a method interfacial tensiometry at the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertensive disease and at their combination. At chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertensive disease erythrocytes, platelets the plasma part of rheological abilities of blood are infringed.For the corection is recommended the 12-week course of an inhibitor of alpha-glyukozidazy akarbozy (glyukobay) in the complex treatment of patients contributed.
