Filatova O. The state management of monetary-credit policy in the Ukrainian market system

The theoretical and methodological statements also management-regulation principle of the state management of the monetary-credit policy in the Ukraine market system are researched in the dissertation. The essences of the state monetary-credit policy are considered and their main elements are defined. The management-regulation functions of the subjects of management of monetary-credit policy are researched. The analysis of the institutional surroudiongs and the main problems of formation and realizations of monetary-credit policy in Ukraine. On the basis of research of exist macro economical factors and economico-mathemetical models the influence of monetary-credit policy on the National economy development is defined. The evaluation of effectiveness of applying state-regulation mechanism which give the opportunity to characterize objectively the influence of monetary-credit policy on the development of the National economy is provided. The measures of the improvement of the mechanism of the state monetary-credit policy in the global financial crisis conditions are defined. The Model of prognosition of the currency course and the model of progosition of the influence of interest policy of the National Bank according to the interest rates and credit of commercial banks are worked out.
