Essay

The own intraosteal implant construction MAK has been suggested by the author. The experimental and clinical research comparing the suggested construction with the native Vitaplant implant has been conducted. The developed cone-shaped intraosteal implant part the suggested screw shape reduce bone destruction, avoids the increase of necrosis area as well as a thin fibrotic capsule does not take bone interscrew spaces. These implant features taken together facilitate earlier implant loading. The testimony and contra-indication to one-stage implantation application and early loading are developed for the implant system Vitaplant. The received results of rheographic and electromyographic examinations demonstrated better indices of patients' adaptation to the dentures, fixed on the implants MAK of own construction, than to the dentures fixed on the implants VKV and V2Km(Vitaplant). Due to this the processes of osteintegration in case of the developed implant MAK application are passing considerably quicklier than in case of other implant application.
