Object of research - newly detected previously treated pulmonary tuberculosis, relapses; the purpose - improvement of efficacy of treatment of previously treated patients with newly detected tuberculosis and relapses on the basis of development standard regimens of chemotherapy by study of prevalence of drug resistance of MBT among these patients; methods - clinical, X-ray, microbiological, biochemical, statistical; the novelty - it was established the rate of drug resistance and risk groups among previously treated tuberculosis patients; developed standard regimens of chemotherapy for 4 category allowed on 27,9 % to increase efficiency of treatment results in previously treated patients on the parameter of the sputum conversion and to decrease the rate of side effects on 15,7 % and treatment cost in 1,6 fold.
