Object: management by risks of chemical industry enterprises. Aim: the elaboration of theoretical principles and practical recommendations as for formation of complex system of risk-management at the chemical enterprises; this system is suitable for effective functioning of these enterprises in the conditions of changeable surroundings. Methods – economic indicator grouping, comparison and generalization method, analysis and synthesis method, theoretical generalization and comparison method, causal-consequence link method, abstractly-logical method. Results - theoretical and methodical-applied approaches, which form the system of risk-management at the chemical industry enterprises, were substantiated. New: the system of risk-management at the chemical industry enterprises was elaborated. It is introduced into the activity of PGC "Rivneazot", PGC "Zarichne Regagrochemical", the chief administration of industry and development of infrastructure of Rivne Regional State Administration and into studing process of Rivne Institute of Slavlearning of Kyiv Slavonic University and Institute of International Economic Relations of Kyiv National University.
