The dissertation is devoted to theoretical approaches generalization and practical recommendations development regarding personnel marketing system formation at the chemical industry enterprises of Ukraine. In the paper the role of marketing personnel in personnel policy of an enterprise was theoretically grounded; apparatus criticus of the contemporary personnel marketing concept was generalized; the personnel marketing system essence was revealed; an approved procedure of personnel management strategy development was proposed; the research of specific characteristics of marketing approaches application in personnel management of Ukrainian chemical enterprises was conducted; practical recommendations regarding personnel need planning in accordance with enterprise marketing plan were suggested; the personnel selection process was formalized with mathematical apparatus of linear programming; the place of personnel marketing system was defined among personnel management success characteristics, which were identified by experts
