High prevalance (94,6%) and intenciti of periodontal diseases(62,14% - generalized periodontitis) were set between persons suffering from urolithiasis, which considerably excel the rate of these diseases between persons without background patology. Scientifically well-founded methods of complex treatment which were instilled into public health practise and phropylaxi of generalized periodontitis between persons suffering from urolithiasis with usage of health resort Truskavets' natural factors(mineral water of spring №3 and ozocerite therapy) had confirmed the high efficiency of its usage.
