Contact with pesticides lead to increasing most prevalence systemic diseases. At this background strongly increasing quantity and severity periodontal diseases (95,3±1,0%) with maximum 97,3±1,9% in patient with cardio-vascular diseases. Morphological investigations revealed that in mechanisms of development periodontal diseases during contacts with pesticides the main role play disturbance of energetic metabolism, haemomycrocirculations, immunological disturbances in periodontal tissues. Pathogenetically substantiated and elaborated medical-prophylactic schemes of treatment with thiotriazolin and were proved effectiveness of these schemes.
