Interrelation between the statistical and stochastic parameters of the light-scattering objects with spatial-temporal chaos and properties of coherent optical fields scattered by them are determined in the dissertation. The algorithm of determination of the maximal Lyapunov's index of an optical field from structural function and the algorithm of signals division with different regularity are proposed. All dependences of stochastic parameters of the field, scattered by a nematic liquid crystals have a minimum at voltage 9 V. It is explained by ordering structure of liquid crystal due to formation of Williams domens.
