Essay

The work is devoted to increasing of orthopedic treatment efficacy of patients with secondary adentia under unfavorable anatomy and functional conditions of prosthetic area of upper jaw. The essence of developments of the author consists in improvement of a design of a full removable denture in which the rigid metal basis is combined with soft elastic lining. The comparative estimation of the remote results of this technique of orthopedic treatment at use of methods of definition of chewing efficiency, degree of an atrophy and radiological researches, has shown high efficiency of the offered design and manufacturing techniques of a fully removable denture.
