Essay

The experimental and clinical-laboratory substantiation and development of a method of the prevention of formation of defects of a bone tissue of jaws is conducted in dissertation, the methods of their surgical removal are improved at patients with generalized periodontitis. It is shown, that the surgical interventions providing careful delete of pathologically changed fabrics from bone pockets with their subsequent replacement by osteoconductive materials promote intensity decrease of destruction to a bone tissue, and in some cases create conditions for regeneration of periodontal tissue.
