Grechko A. Corporative transformation management in the railway transport system of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the working-out of the theoretical and methodical basis for corporative transformation management in the railway transport system. Main principles are scientifically motivated and offered for corporative transformation management of railway transport of Ukraine that unites the definition of the rational railway industry reforming model and management organizational structure. Author researched advantages and drawbacks of five alternative models for railway transport reforming and compared them by multifactor analyses. According to the results inte-gration reforming model is the best one for Ukraine, it says that railway infrastructure and passenger and cargo transportations are located in one organizational structure - legal entity - State Share Company "Ukrainian Railways". However it is suitable to transform the integration model into the holding company in case of the effective functioning of the definite associated enterprises (end of the third reforming stage).Theoretical and methodological ways for construction of the organizational structure for enterprises management in railway industry were worked out for the se-lected integration model.
