Object of the study is the process of strategic management holdings. Objective of study is the most further development of the theoretical positions and development practical recommendation on improvement organizing-economic mechanism of strategic management of holdings. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, economy-statistical analysis, system approach and formal logic.
