Quantitative assessment of physical interaction matrix-disperse system (MDS) components both of penton and silver iodide on the basis of specific heat capacity investigation have been done for the first time. Phenomenon of heat stimulated linear dimension oscillations of penton - silver iodide polymer composite materials at AgI change of phase temperature range and absorbing capacity considerable increasing of ultrasound and electromagnetic waves in super frequencies range have been exposed and explored. MDS four-component structure model have been suggested. Penton effective heat conductivity in wall layer state have been calculated.
