Specific action areas of organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation are identified.Analysis tools and methods of providing state support to agricultural enterprises and the ways and consequences of their use. Evaluated the impact factors of the state agricultural policy on agricultural production and economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises, also identified priorities of state regulation of agriculture. The status of agricultural market infrastructure and efficiency of its operators are assessed. Determined factors influence the efficiency of doing business for the future with further analysis of expected results. A model of organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of agricultural enterprises in transition economics is developed. Established methodological approaches strengthen state protectionism agricultural production, the appropriate value field.
