Shibko M. Roasting free granulated blast-furnace slag and stripping clay based heat-insulating material

The results of processes structure- and phase-formation research at the hardening and at the first heating of roasting free thermal insulation materials based on the metallurgy manufacture secondary products and stripping clay, which is directed to the development of new production technology are showed at the dissertation work. During the research processes modern methods of physics - chemical analyses and mechanical tests are used. The theoretical conditions and technology of thermal insulation material production by foam-gas method are taken the development. The experimental production of thermal insulation material in the shape of semi-cylinder on the base of investigation result is output for thermal insulation of air duct (diameter 150 mm and length 140 m), gave the opportunity to get economic effect at the rate of 30 uan./m3
