Essay

The main purpose of the dissertation is to highlight theoretical and methodological principles and to develop scientific propositions relating to the main principles of the efficient development of integrated formations in agrocultural industry. Based on analysis of scientific resources, the achievement has been made to precisely define the essence of agro-industrial integration and to outline its significance in the formation of a new structurally completed agro-industrial complex. The attempt has been made to study particularities of regional branches and trends of development of integrated formations. The evaluation of economical develpment of agro-industrial complex has been made. A logically structured, functional model of integrated organizational and territorial formation of the agro-holding type has been proposed, which outlines an ellaborated model of optimization of the manifactural structure, which makes possible to determine ways for the most efficient use of resources and increase the extent of industrial output. A model of organizational and economic arrangement for integrated realtions, manufacturing and reprocessing of agricultural products has been developed and proposed. This model foresees shareholder-type of relationship between manufacturers of products and recycling-units. It makes possible tax-free credits and investment activities for manufacturers. Based of the accomplished analysis an ecometric model has been developed which defines dependencies of the recycling industry on various factors. Based on the results of this study, some new propositions have been made concerning possibilities of improvement in development of integrated formations in agricultural industry.
