Theoretic-methodological bases of complexity of the resource potential use of agricultural enterprises, essence of management socio-economic efficiency of his use, a scientifically-theoretical ground of constituents of resource potential determined in the dissertation work are given on the base of agricultural enterprises of Kharkov area taking into account territorial-regional and natural-climatic features. The methodical approaches are considered for estimation of every constituent of resource potential and their aggregate.
