The thesis is focused on solving actual scientific problem regarding the increase of efficiency of immunotherapy for malignant neoplasms by combined use of anti-tumour vaccine developed from tumour cells and cytotoxic lectin of B. subtilis B-7025 with preparations of interferon, its inductor - amixyn, and probiotic compound subaline, which has been confirmed by considerable inhibition of tumour growth for CLL and sarcoma-37, increase in the mean lifetime of experimental animals with parallel activation demonstrated for indices of cell immunity. As the result of research conducted using different model systems it has been shown that alfa-IFN mice, amixyn in the dose of 25 mg/g and subaline in the dose of 1,0 х 108 і 2,5 х 108 CFU have significantly elevated the anti-tumour activity of СV. Considerable inhibition of tumour growth, prolongation of latent period and the increase in the lifespan of vaccinated animals have also been registered. Indicated preparations activate all types of effector lymphocytes: CTL, NK cells and macrophages. It has been revealed that these preparations activated CTL and NK cells as well as being capable of MP activation. Only combined introduction of СV with alfa-IFN induced the increase in functional activity of CTL and MP cells. Introduction of СV with amixyn in the dose of 25 mg/g led to elevated activity of MP cells and decreased CIC level being the evidence for favourable prognosis of disease course. Considerable increase in CTL activity has been registered when СV was introduced together with probiotic compound subaline. Therefore, the dynamics of immunological effects invoked by combined use of СV with alfa-IFN, amixyn and subaline has mostly been characterized by unilateral direction.
