Korotkova O. Forming stable and competitive economic development of vine-growing and vine-making enterprises

The subject of investigation: the system of processes ensuring economic stable and competitive development of viticulture and winemaking enterprises in the Crimea. The aim of investigation: deepening and giving proof of the theoretic methodical and practical basics in the process of vine growing and winemaking enterprises stable and competitive development. Methods of investigation: dialectic method, abstract logical method, monographic method, dynamic series fitting, extrapolation, graphic method, method of statistic batching, index method. Theoretical and practical results: from the theoretical point of view theoretic methodical aspects have been improved being connected with guaranteeing economic stable and competitive development of viticulture and winemaking enterprises; from the practical point of view tendencies, lacks and hard points in the sphere of the subcomplex development, alongside with measures for these hard points elimination have been grounded. The originality of innovation: for viticulture and winemaking enterprises situated on the territory of the Crimea expected areas of vine plantations and gross vintage have been proposed, as well as main lines for sorts improvement and for improvement of the vintage produce structure; recommendations for the subcomplex potential conservation were made; measures for produce quality improvement and costs minimizing were taken; some guidelines of realization system improvement in the sphere of viticulture and winemaking were set; recommendations for viticulture and winemaking state regulation improvement were formulated; business proposals for economic relations improvement between the National Agrarian Association "Massandra" and enterprises affiliated with it were made; alongside with this the business plan of drawing up was developed providing vine row product having been bought by the main plant of high quality vintage. The level of introduction: recommendations, proposals and developments have been accepted by the Ministry of Agricultural Sector of the Crimea, by the National Agrarian Association "Massandra" and by the Mykolayiv State Agrarian University.
