Dursunov M. The Legislative providing of veterinary business in Ukraine in XX century.

The complex and comprehensive research of the legislative regulation of veterinary business in Ukraine in ХХ century was made. The historical and socioсultural analysis of the researched object shows that formation of veterinary legislation in Ukraine was taking place for a long historical period. The attention is accented on the aspects of the state of veterinary legislation in Ukraine at the beginning of XX century, during the formation of the Soviet power in Ukraine, in the period of New Economic Policy, and also in the time of command and administrative control system. The analysis of basic legislative acts which regulated veterinary business in the country was conducted. To these acts belong Veterinary Code of Ukraine of 1925 and Veterinary Regulations of the USSR adopted in 1936, 1951 and 1967. The author also has analysed the orgware of veterinary activity in the country in the researched period, role and place of forensic veterinary examination in legal regulation of veterinary business.
