Essay

The thesis is dedicated to handling and stability improvements in M1-type vehicles of rationally chosen all-wheel steering parameters. Using developed mathematical model, it was proved that the greatest effect on indices of car with all-wheel steering movement handling and stability have part stiffness coefficient of the steering linkage, the viscous friction coefficient, the wheel caster or front steering overhang, the wheel caster or rear steering overhang, vehicle frame work mass, front wheel control module mass, rear wheel control module mass, the distance from car center of mass to the front axle, the distance from car center of mass to the rear axle, cornering coefficient. Developed technology using define optimal values of parameters above.
