Essay

The techniques for the synthesis of solid solutions Ba(Ti1-xSnx)O3, (Ba1-xYx)(Ti1-ySny)O3 and Pb(Ti1-xZrx)O3 have been proposed. The homogeneity region of solid solutions in the system La0.775Sr0.225Mn1 xSnxO3 has been defined. It has been determined that surface active agents should be introduced into solutions during the synthesis of films. On the basis of studied materials new multilayer composite structures have been prepared. The effect of structural and electro-physical parameters of the substrates on the properties of ferromagnetic films (La0.775Sr0.225Mn1-xSnxO3) has been determined. The possibility to control the properties of ferromagnetic films by means of the electric fields applied to a substrate has been shown.
