Rimar B. Types of the Labour Contract Under the Legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of types of labour contract. Basic theoretical approaches to the definition and legal nature of labour contract are analyzed, the contract’s generic features, functions and correlation with civil law labour contracts are defined. The criteria of classification of labour contracts considering provisions of current labour legislation and the Draft Labour Code of Ukraine are given. Types of labour contracts under nonstandard forms of employment are investigated. On the basis of the analyzed literature on the subject, legislation in force and practice of its application, international labour standards and positive foreign legislative experience propositions and recommendations on legal regulation of labour contract are introduced."
