Essay

The essence of the development strategy of the managing subjects, its criteria, classification and the role in the market economy's development have been investigated. The sense of the development strategy has been grounded. The methodology of defining the aims of the strategy, the construction of the "aims' tree" according to their vertical and horizontal coordination have been presented. It has been determined, that the system of the strategic measure is the constant part of the strategic management. The SWOT-analysis is one of the most important methods of measuring in the strategic planning. Its usage allows make the preliminary choice of the strategy with the corresponding matrix.
