The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical issues of forming the competitiveness of farming enterprises of the region. It contributes to the scientific foundation of establishing competitive agricultural production in farming enterprises. The work identifies the characteristics of such production, its principles and provision factors. The research includes a comprehensive analysis of farming enterprises' performance and the evaluation of levels of their competitiveness. It presents original models and substantiates ways of enhancing the competitiveness of farming enterprises.
