In work scientifically-methodical bases of business both in whole and in agricul-ture separately are investigated, directions and organizational-economic actions con-cerning formation of enterprise economy, increases of their economic efficiency, their formation as a part of large commodity agrostructures are proved. Theoretical positions concerning the maintenance and components of business are generalised and their author's interpretation is given. Features of business in agriculture, formation and tendencies of development of agrostructures of enterprise type in the countries with the developed market economy are investigated.
