Dissertation is devoted research of theoretical and practical aspects of forming of sources of financial resources of agricultural enterprises. The analysis of the financial state of agricultural enterprises. The improvement of method of forming of structure of sources of financial resources of enterprise is offered in work; the model of process of management forming of sources of financial resources of forming of optimum structure of sources of financial resources and algorithm of determination of necessity of enterprises is developed in financial resources.
