The thesis is devoted to determination of service properties of dustproofing means of individual protection of respiratory organs effect on origin of diseases resulting from dust factor. There is estimated dust load taking into account respirator. There is determined efficiency of some Means of Individual Protection of Respiratory Organs(MIPRO) on fine - dispersed dust fractions. There are determined factors which deteriorate efficiency of dustproofing respirators. There is studied dependence of MIPRO protective efficiency on parameters of their filter elements, air loss under correspondent labour conditions, climatic parameters of working are and period during which workers are in half masks within shift. There are based measures concerning improvement of design, reduction of filters develop both technique and program to calculate dust load taking into account the MIPRO efficiency.
