Svetlychna T. State regulation of developing small business in the region

Process of state regulating the small business sector in different regions of Ukraine makes the object of researching. The main objective of the thesis consists in scientific and theoretical substantiation and elaboration of practical recommendation referred to the improvement of forms and methods of state regulations, the small business development. Methods of research: dialectical method, system approaches, method of comparison, statistical methods of forecasting. The practical value of the got results consists in development of complex methodical recommendations on creation of favorable terms for development of small enterprise in a region. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that for the first time: a three-contour system of state regulative influence over the development of small business in the region was suggested. Identification of the essence of small business under conditions of the open economy; mechanism of crediting and financial support of small businesses; scenario approach to the forecast appraisal of developing small business and situation with employment in the regional economy are improved. Substantiation of the role of businessmen as the most active stratum of "the middle class" of citizens; organizational and economic mechanism of state regulating the development of small entrepreneurship at the regional level; essence of stages of working out regional programmers aimed to supporting the progress of small businesses got further development.
