Object - intensity of lipid peroxidation and functional condition of quail's kidneys antioxidant protection system in age aspect (from 1- to 70-days old) and under condition of Cadmium and Selenium influence. Methods: biochemical, histological, zoological, statistical. Aim of the study - to establish the special features of lipid peroxidation process, antioxidant protection system activity and lipid peroxidation products content in age aspect and under condition of Cadmium and Selenium influence within food stuff. It was set, that the arriving of Cadmium Sulphate in the organism causes intensification of lipid peroxidation processes. As a result the content of lipid peroxidation products increases and antioxidant enzymes SOD and catalase are inactivated in quails kidneys. At the same time absolute content of lipid peroxidation products add there content relatively from common lipids content increases. Application of Selenium combinations as a part of food stuffs for quails breeding assists increasing of common lipids content in quails kidneys. At the same time activity of glutathione dependent enzymes, which include Selenium, increases, thus its assists decreasing of lipid peroxidation products content and increasing of the antioxidant enzymes defence activity in quail's kidneys of research groups.
