In the thesis on the basis of conceptual principles of competitive edges, characteristics and factors determining thereof, an integral approach is developed for estimation of competitive edges of the domestic milk processing and cheese producing enterprises operating in the conditions of high-competitive internal and external markets. On the basis of developed methodological approaches, providing for combination of the method of analysis of hierarchies and Bayes' method of expert estimations for decision making, assessment of the competitive edges is performed and sources of formation thereof are grounded. In the paper the methodology for entrance of the enterprise with available competitive edges to the external market under the conditions of uncertainty of external environment is improved. Basic strategic lines of behaviour of the domestic milk processing and cheese producing enterprises on the external markets of milk and milk products are grounded.
