Research purpose: a theoretical ground of methodical approaches and development of practical recommendations is in relation to perfection of the statistical providing of management the system of higher education at the level of regions. Research Ob''ekt: the system of higher education is at the level of regions. Article of research: teoretiko-methodical principles of the statistical providing of management the system of higher education in regions. Research methods: supervision, generalization, systematization, comparison, experiment, deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis and scientific abstraction. A scientific novelty consists in development teoretiko-methodical principles of creation of the statistical providing of management the system of higher education at the level of regions; it is first offered: - methodical principles of complex statistical analysis of functioning of higher education are developed at regional level, which foresee application in the process of analysis of information about a labour-market specialists. It is well-proven that the use of the statistical providing of management education organs is promoted by detailed and reliability of information and provides validity of administrative decisions, - grounded composition of elements of monitoring of higher education, the use of which will be instrumental in the increase of efficiency of management higher education; it is improved: - system of statistical indexes of management higher education at the level of regions by including to it of indexes of kon''yunkturi market of specialists, that allows to describe the process of employment of graduating students of INSTITUTE of higher and take into account his consequences at the ground of volumes of preparation of specialists, are the methodical going near the statistical analysis of regional network of higher educational establishments, which take into account its structure, logistical and skilled support, level and progress of regional labour-market, which stipulates possibility of the complex going near planning of volumes of preparation and mizhregional'nogo motion of specialists trends, the INSTITUTE of higher.
